Trying to find a dune that's footprint free is a struggle in this area. It's a very popular spot, so people play and leave footprints. On the upside, it's a big dune so I was able to walk a couple of miles and found a place that has less footprints.

Death Valley National Park. This dune is by Stovepipe wells, there are several dunes in the area.
wow, so soft and so sharp, all in one photo...
I only hope they stay that beautiful in the future...A lot of our wildlands are threatened.
